Where Will Owens Corning Stock Be in 5 Years?

Owens Corning (OC) presents itself as an interesting investment opportunity, trading at just 10 times earnings, a low multiple suggesting undervaluation. The company also offers a secure dividend, a factor that attracts income-oriented investors. Despite a potentially slowing housing market, analysts project a potential 40% upside for the stock. This suggests the market may not have fully priced in OC's intrinsic value and future prospects, making it a "hidden gem" with significant growth potential.
