Owens Corning (OC) presents itself as an interesting investment opportunity, trading at just 10 times earnings, a low multiple suggesting undervaluation. The company also offers a secure dividend, a factor that attracts income-oriented investors. Despite a potentially slowing housing market, analysts project a potential 40% upside for the stock.
