ServiceNow is the reference platform for IT service management, the market Freshworks attacks with Freshservice by competing on price and ease of deployment for mid-market IT departments.
Atlassian's Jira Service Management chases the same cloud-native ITSM budgets as Freshservice among technology and mid-market teams, and Freshworks cites it as its pure-play ITSM rival.
Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud compete for the same customer-service and CRM seats Freshworks sells, and Freshworks lists it as a competitor in both product lines.
HubSpot's Service Hub and CRM address the same growing small and mid-sized companies buying an all-in-one sales-and-support suite instead of an enterprise deployment.
Zendesk sells the same omnichannel customer-service ticketing suite as Freshdesk to the same small and mid-market support teams, and Freshworks names it first among customer-experience competitors in its 10-K.
Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM target the same price-sensitive small and mid-sized businesses as Freshworks with an equally broad bundle of service and sales applications, often in the same India-rooted, global-SMB channel.
